Delete Your Lenzup Account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all associated data — including bookings, quotations, client records, and team data — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
1. Overview
You have the right to delete your Lenzup account and all associated personal and business data at any time. This page explains the process, what data is deleted, what (if anything) is retained, and how long the process takes.
We recommend exporting your business data before initiating deletion. You can do this from Settings → Export Data inside the app.
2. How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion directly from within the Lenzup app:
Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing privacy@paperlighttech.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will process your request within 3 business days.
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- All bookings, event details, and client contact information
- All quotations, PDF exports, and payment records
- Team member associations and workspace settings
- Calendar events, auspicious date preferences, and notification settings
- All app usage history and analytics data tied to your account
- Push notification tokens and device registrations
4. What We Retain
Even after deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Billing and transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian GST and tax regulations
- Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you
- Legal hold data: Data subject to an active legal dispute or regulatory investigation
None of this retained data can be used to identify you personally or restore your account.
5. Active Bookings & Team Members
Before deleting your account, please consider the following:
- Active bookings: Any upcoming booked events will be deleted. We recommend notifying your clients before deletion.
- Team members: All team members associated with your workspace will lose access immediately upon deletion. Notify them in advance.
- Active subscription: Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
- Shared data: If team members added data to your workspace, that data is also deleted along with the workspace owner's account.
