Terms of Service for Lenzup

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Lenzup mobile application operated by Paperlight Tech. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Lenzup, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lenzup is a photography and videography business management platform ("CRM") that provides:

Smart event booking and scheduling with conflict detection
Dynamic quotation generation with PDF export
Team management with role-based access for up to 8 members
Analytics dashboard with revenue and event reporting
Auspicious date (muhurat) calendar integration
Push notification reminders for bookings and payments

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@paperlighttech.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Lenzup will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Studio

Each workspace is intended for a single photography studio or individual. Sharing accounts across unrelated businesses is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

Free Trial: 14 days, up to 10 events, no credit card required
Solo — ₹499/month: 1 workspace, unlimited events, PDF quotations, analytics
Studio — ₹999/month: Up to 5 team members, full analytics, priority support
Studio Max — ₹1,799/month: Up to 8 members, unlimited everything, custom branding

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription if you are unsatisfied. After the trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact hello@paperlighttech.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lenzup to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform using automated means
Impersonate another person or create fraudulent bookings

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology within Lenzup are the exclusive property of Paperlight Tech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your business operations. You retain ownership of all business data (bookings, clients, quotations) that you create within the App.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Lenzup is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your business data and will never sell it to third parties.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 12 months. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Disclaimers

Lenzup is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation of the App. We are not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, data corruption, or third-party service outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paperlight Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of bookings, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
