Lenzup ("we", "our", or "us") is a photography and videography CRM mobile application developed by Paperlight Tech.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Lenzup mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

Authentication credentials (securely stored password hashes)
Google account details (if you sign in via Google)

To provide the CRM features, we store data you input into the app:

Booking details: event names, dates, locations, client names, and contacts
Quotations: package details, pricing, discounts, and PDF exports
Payment records: amounts received, pending, and payment notes
Team member information: names, roles, and assigned events
Calendar events and auspicious date preferences

1.3 Usage and Device Data

App feature usage patterns and session duration
Device model, operating system version, and app version
Error logs and crash reports for debugging
IP address and approximate location (country/region)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your Lenzup account and workspace
Enable booking management, quotations, and team coordination
Send booking confirmations and payment reminders via push notifications
Process subscription payments and manage plan upgrades
Improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
Respond to your support requests and inquiries

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, cloud-hosted servers with industry-standard protections:

With your permission, Lenzup sends push notifications for:

Booking confirmations and upcoming event reminders
Payment received and payment due alerts
Team activity updates and task assignments
App feature announcements (can be disabled in settings)

You can manage notification preferences at any time in your device settings or within the Lenzup app.

6. Third-Party Services

Lenzup integrates with select third-party services to deliver core functionality. These partners may process certain data on our behalf:

Authentication: Google Sign-In (Google LLC)
Payment processing: Razorpay or equivalent payment gateway
Analytics: Crash reporting and usage analytics tools
Cloud infrastructure: Hosting and database providers

Each third-party partner operates under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

7. Data Retention

Active accounts: data is retained for as long as your account remains active
After account deletion: your data is queued for permanent deletion within 30 days
Billing records: retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law
Backup snapshots: automatically purged after 90 days

9. Children's Privacy

Lenzup is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the data promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Lenzup is developed and operated by Paperlight Tech, based in Bangalore, India. All primary data processing occurs within India in compliance with applicable Indian data protection legislation, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

If you access the App from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
